30-Day Return Window
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Conditions for Returns
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
How to Start a Return
- Email us with your order number and the reason for your return
- We will send you a return shipping address and instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
To exchange for a different size, color, or variant, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item.
